Refund Policy
Lumidex Studio · last updated 19 July 2026
Lumidex Studio is sold through our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles payments, receipts, refunds and chargebacks, so Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Paddle’s Refund Policy apply to your purchase. The summary below describes how we ask Paddle to handle refunds for Lumidex Studio. It is for convenience only and does not override Paddle’s terms or your statutory rights.
7-day money-back
You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase, for any reason. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method. If you receive a refund, your Lumidex Studio licence is cancelled and the app returns to its unlicensed state — you will no longer have a valid licence to use its paid features.
Your statutory rights
Where local consumer-protection law grants unconditional “withdrawal” rights or other refund rights, those rights apply and override this policy. Where regional differences apply, Paddle applies the highest standard of protection across the relevant country.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@lumidexstudio.app, or contact Paddle directly using the methods in the Paddle Refund Policy linked above.
Technical issues or defects
If you experience a persistent technical problem, or a material defect that prevents the app from working as described, please contact us first — we’ll try to put it right. If we can’t resolve it, you may request a refund through Paddle, and genuine defects are handled fairly even beyond the 7-day window.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please contact us and Paddle before raising a chargeback or a dispute with your bank or card issuer — we can usually resolve things faster. This does not affect your lawful rights to dispute a charge under card-scheme or consumer-protection rules.
Fraud and abuse
Refunds are not available in cases of fraud, abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.
Lost funds
Lumidex Studio is not responsible for any unauthorised activity, payments, or withdrawals resulting from lost, stolen, or compromised accounts, passwords, or email accounts.
