Window menu
Switch between the app's modules, step back and forward through where you've been, and put your photo on a second display.
Jump to a module
Lumidex Studio is organised into modules that share the same sidebar but swap the main working area. Jump straight to one:
- Go to Library (⌥⌘1) — browse, organise and cull.
- Go to Capture (⌥⌘2) — tethered shooting.
- Go to Develop (⌥⌘3) — edit the selected photo.
- Go to Grading (⌥⌘4) — colour-grade the selected photo.
- Go to Print (⌥⌘5) — lay out and print.
Go Back and Go Forward
Go Back (⌘[) and Go Forward (⌘]) walk your history of the places you've visited in the sidebar, like a web browser: folders, collections, keywords, people and views such as All Photographs. In Develop, ⌘[ and ⌘] shrink and grow the selected mask instead.
Secondary Display
Secondary Display fills a second monitor with the photo you're working on, while the grid, filmstrip and panels stay on your main screen. It follows your selection as you browse, mirrors Develop edits live as you drag a slider, and shows two selected photos side by side for a compare. A toggle in its window switches to Live, which follows whatever photo your cursor is over in the grid. Use to hold it on one photo while you carry on. With only one display, it opens as a window on your main screen.
Standard window commands
The Window menu also carries the usual macOS commands — Minimize, Zoom, and the list of open windows — provided by the system.
