Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once. There is no recurring charge, and nothing is billed automatically at any point.
What happens after 12 months of updates?
Whatever version you had at that point keeps working, permanently and with no restrictions: every feature stays enabled and your catalogue is untouched. You simply stop being offered newer feature releases. The app does not degrade, expire, or start nagging you, and critical security fixes still reach you at no cost. If you want to keep receiving new releases, an optional Support Package renews updates for another 12 months at half the current price (currently £25), as a single one-off payment. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal, and nothing to catch up on: skip a year or three, then pay once whenever you want another 12 months.
How much is a Support Package, and how does it work?
It is a one-off payment of half the prevailing price (currently £25) that extends your updates by 12 months from the day you buy it. There is no subscription and no automatic charge, and you never have to pay for time you skipped: if you let updates lapse for two years, a Support Package still costs the same and still gives you a full 12 months. Buy one only when you actually want the newer releases; your existing version keeps working either way.
What if a future macOS update breaks the version I own?
Your app keeps working on the macOS it already runs on, and critical security fixes reach you even after your update year has ended, at no cost. If a new macOS release needs a broader compatibility update, that ships as part of ongoing updates, so an active Support Package (currently £25) brings your copy up to date. We support the current and previous macOS versions.
Can I try it before buying?
Yes — there is a free 7-day trial with no payment details required. Import your catalogue and use it properly before deciding. Buying converts the same installation: you don't reinstall, and you don't lose any work.
How do I get a refund?

Who is charging my card?
Paddle.com Market Ltd, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Their name is what appears on your statement. They also handle VAT and any billing questions.
Do I need an account?
No. You receive a licence key by email and enter it in the app. There is nothing to sign up for and no online profile.
